For a forest dweller, the city is an overwhelming space. There is much movement and not enough empty space. The city moves with a different rhythm, the roads have a different texture, the movement here makes different sounds. It is easy to lose a sense of footing and to forget one's centre.

Although, the sky is something quite different, the sky exists in a different space. It seems to have enough in it to accommodate all kinds of things and feelings. It has the capacity to let your internal spaces expand, it has the capability to behold the observer's mind and senses, the power to bring you to your breath and into the moment, into oneness.
